customer feedback

From prior to the release of product customer feedback received positive feedback, it is reported that the new high-performance WD victory shift level improves the production efficiency, surface polishing and longer tool life, including steel, stainless steel, cast iron and special alloy.

“These are important new solutions, including 10 different levels and 14 different geometry, including five new chip design,” said John Gable, he is a product manager, WD global product. In many cases, the results are not just minor improvements, but more like the number of parts and the number of other inserts.

WD’s victory USES coating technology to improve wear resistance and allow for higher speed and/or feed capacity. Additional post-coating processing provides more advanced toughness to reduce the depth of cutting incisions and lengthen the service life of the cutter. WD’s victory insertion is to provide a safe seat surface on the ground after the coating, increasing the reliability of the tool.

Gable said: “whatever the task is light or medium, under favorable conditions, or heavy rough cut, there is a WD victory insert can improve your results.” “Customers can install more components on each insert and obtain higher reliability at higher cutting speeds. The bottom line is greater normal running time and higher throughput, thus faster moving parts out of the door.

A new type of cut insert provided by FHG tool provides a negative cut-off application that allows faster cut-off operations. The enhanced edge provides additional cutting strength for high feed rate and hard material processing. It can be up to 42 millimeters in diameter.

In addition to the new insert, the new HTX coating can be used in ul/UN/ ur insertion. HTHX coating is made of k0345-grade hard alloy and is suitable for processing of aluminum (more than 10% silicon), abrasive steel and titanium etc.
