RKD slow screw design is suitable for automatic lathe and multi-axis machine tool. The slow spiral groove is particularly useful in threaded holes because the diameter of the threaded hole increases (anti-hole or reaming).
Short cut synthetic material
The large relief Angle that combines with cemented carbide material will help to achieve long tool life in abrasive materials (duro plastic, fiber reinforced synthetic materials). HGGE tool can be used as an alternative for workpiece material containing less than 30% fiber content.
