The thread forming process requires an appropriate coolant application to reduce friction and reduce heat accumulation. The coolant obtained from the valve brings the coolant to the thread forming band to provide the optimal thread forming process. Proper PVD surface treatment also helps the material flow and reduces surface friction.

Coolant delivery option

Internal coolant supply, axial (DIN indication: KA). The axial outlet of the coolant provides optimal cooling and lubrication for blind hole applied lead cones.

A zinc – internal coolant supply, axial, coolant coolant (DIN directive: KR). The radial outlet of the coolant is the safest solution, and in the lead cone, even through the hole, the coolant can be provided.

Thread blind hole is the best application of coolant. EM provides the most extensive coolant supply tool for internal threads. The internal coolant pipe directly directs the cutting fluid directly to the cutting area. The pressurized coolant can help cool tools and artifacts while helping to evacuate the chips. The coolant fed faucet provides various configurations, high quality HGGH and submicrocrystalline carbide substrate. Various PVD can be provided to apply hard coating to assist the wafer flow and provide additional tool life.

SHGTI (threaded insert) valve is manufactured to meet the tolerances of standard screw insertion. Threaded pins are the best choice to prevent thread and EM SHTI faucet. It is designed for threaded insertion of threaded threads in various work piece materials. The EM SHTI faucet is made from high quality HGGE materials and has a PVD coating for special materials to obtain additional tool life and best performance. The EM SHTI faucet should be used with a sophisticated CNC machine to ensure proper grading.
